Intensive Housing Management
Auxilium Community Housing CIC offers specialist housing and Intensive Housing Management. This typically focuses on individuals who may require additional support but are not necessarily homeless, yet faced with housing insecurity. This could include individuals with mental health issues, disabilities, or other challenges that may impact their ability to maintain stable housing.
The Auxilium team have a specialism in working with property, addiction, homelessness and mental health crisis. We are qualified counsellors in CBT, integrative therapy, holistic therapy, recovery champions and mental health awareness trained.
As a Community Interest Company any profit from Auxilium is reinvested into creating bespoke community hubs across Sussex.

Strategy
Auxilium Community Housing provides essential accommodation solutions for individuals facing housing insecurity and complex needs. We work alongside support providers and community stakeholders to deliver personalized support packages that meet the unique needs of each resident. Our focus is on individuals who are unable to access or sustain conventional housing options due to disability, addiction, trauma, and/or mental ill health.
Goal
The primary goal is to help individuals who have insecure housing to maintain tenancies, providing supported hours and working with the resident on their pathway to independent living. This includes peer support, application support, assistance with daily living skills, job training, mental health support, and assistance with accessing community resources. The emphasis is on addressing underlying issues that may contribute to their housing instability.
Implementation
Working with clients dedicating a minimum of 3 hours a week tailored 121 support under our intensive housing management service. We take a people-centred, informed approach to each of our residents, ensuring their support needs are met by our experienced team, which combines lived experience and professional training. Our mission is to provide tailored support for every resident, ensuring they have an achievable pathway to independence.
